Black Lace Flash-Back

               So this one will be a bit of planning ahead for cooler weather but I thought I would go ahead and share all of my finds (most of which I now own) with you guys.

First up- my RepliKate for Catherine's Kiki McDonough Grace white topaz earrings.  I know there have been a zillion shared already but thought for $19.99 (not including any Kohl's Cash or coupons to add) they were worth sharing.

Many of you chimed in when I asked which black peplum blazer that I should get.  And this jacket from Ann Taylor won.

The mysterious black suede clutch with it's cute little grosgrain bow has been the hardest item to RepliKate in my opinion.  Here is a cute "faux" option that won't break the bank.

To make the look a bit dressier and less leggy (because that was a mini-skirted dress) she added tights.

From what I can tell these are 40-Denier due to the fact that a bit of skin can still be seen but are not sheer- a lovely look in my opinion.

I love these from Pretty Polly for $15.00 for 2 pairs of tights- pick up yours here.

I did find another option for the always in use Episode "Angel" pumps but there are not widely available but I have found a few on eBay if you need them.

Coral Color Pop and Rosy Cheeks

               Yesterday the Duchess totally stole my Easter outfit.  Almost head to toe. Unfortunately the Target coat that I have in coral is no longer available but never fear- I have what you all seek!

We have a new tube clutch in a darker beige and honestly couldn't find anything I really loved stateside but this clutch may be from the UK the price and shipping are not cost restrictive so I may just go for it.

Tartan and Red Coats in Scotland

               I maybe forgot that I had found all of the items for the look that Catherine wore on Day 2 of her mini-trip to Scotland a few weeks ago.  It may finally warming up but I would hate to withhold items you may be looking for- so here goes.

The lovely Duchess accessorized her Armani coat with items that we have seen before.  So to not sound like a broken record here are fresh look at her accessories.

We start with her Kiki McDonough green amethyst oval drop earrings.  Another name for this stone is green Beryl or Prasiolite- this might help you in your own search if this aren't what you are looking for.

Finally for the red coat.  This was a hard one since the detailing on the Armani coat is so very fine but I think what I found hits the right balance between price and RepliKate-ness.

This coat from happyfamilyjudy on Etsy.com comes in the beautiful red shade of the Duchess' coat and even includes the single button closing.  Now there are a few extra details but the overall silhouette is strikingly similar.  As with all things Etsy it is always possible to contact the seller and see if they will make any modification that you might want tailoring this coat even closer to the Armani inspiration.

Now the final pieces to the puzzle.  Tights and boots.  I prefer Pretty Polly's 100 Denier Opaques as they are quite warm and not sheer AT ALL and don't make sunny patterns when they are pulled on.

Watercolors and Fluttering Sleeves for Spring

               I can almost see Spring and the month of May! One of my favorite dress that the Duchess has worn (and another favorite pair of shoes) was worn while on the Southeast Asian tour in 2012.  

This modified piece by Erdem has flutter sleeves and a pleated knee length skirt.  With such a distinctive print I thought this one may never be RepliKated but I found quite a lovely option at Target.  If this looks is one you have been looking for it is quite an inexpensive option to add to your Spring/Summer wardrobe.

I do believe that the earrings are not 100% identified but most think they are a modified pair of Kiki McDonough earrings. Shocking I know.  I am not a huge fan of the pear earrings she wore on the trip but the Kiki's are pretty.  I am still on the hint for a good match for those but my RepliKate for the pear shaped earrings are below.

Swingin' in Monochrome

               This last week had a whole gaggle of Duchess sightings and I have one of those ensembles ready to RepliKate!  Both the Duchess and her Prince paid a visit to UK Bereavement and we got a very cute monochrome look out of it.

Catherine kept it simple with her Annoushka pearl drops on her Kiki McDonough diamond huggie hoops.  As some of you may know my favorite RepliKate for these are the ones that I made :-)

Kiss Me I'm Irish!

               Happy belated St. Patty's Day to all!  On this very green occasion, I present to you my RepliKates for the Duchess' outfit worn to hand out shamrocks to the Irish Guards.  Some are not new and others are- but I have the WHOLE thing completed.

We start at the top with Catherine's Lock & Co. "Fairy Tale" hat.  I have posted this one before but I always get so excited when I have the hat to show!

Off to the races!

               The Duchess and her prince were out and about at the races this weekend and in doing so we got a flirty little coat number out of it... and a bit more leg than we usually get. It was a dusky pink a brown combo and maybe (at least I hope) a sartorial slip of her telling us it will be a girl.

I don't think I would personally try anything that short but maybe if I had her legs I would be singing a different tune.  Let's start at the top.  We got a three-peat out of her Lock & Co. "Betty Boop" hat.  While I can usually never get the hats right- on this we can.

The wonderful GirlFabulosity on Etsy.com has an exact RepliKate and word on the WKW Facebook street is that she has great work.  You can purchase the "Kate's St. Patricks Day Hat" for $124.00 from her Etsy store font.

We got a new pair of citrine earrings from Kiki McDonough with beautiful 10mm citrine cushion cuts of her diamond hoops.  Apparently Catherine is REALLY into this "drop of honey" colored gemstone.

I found the right shape and size of the stone from an Etsy seller and anyone could easily remove the french hook earwires and add their on loop to add to existing pair of hoops or buy some studded hoops to finish off the exact look.

Now for the coat... I think I did AWESOME on this one.  While it is not double breasted- it is the right color has the envelope collar, and tabbed sleeves. It can also be customized to your length or any other change you could think of.  That is why I love Etsy.

If she ever took of the coat, I think those patterned tights with a patterned dress may have been a bit much.  If you love them so much you need a RepliKate leave me a comment and I will send you what I found.  I really would have preferred plain tights. On that note- I present my favorite brown tights from Pretty Polly (I am OBSESSED just in case you were curious).

The last little bit is always my favorite- the shoes.  The brown suede version of the Stuart Weitzman "Zipkin" boots were an exclusive to Russell & Bromley but the black suede are still in most sizes on Zappos.com.  I can't fit any of this business over my own calves but of all the brown suede boots I looked at for this post, these were my favorite.
